Added AthViews under PRIVATE_LINK_LIBRARIES for compiling TrigMultyVarHypo in dbg

This is a fix for TrigMultyVarHypo that after pseudomerge in ATR-19005 failed to compile in dbg. It was merged though in !20146 (merged). Problem was discussed and followed up in ATR-19281.
