Fix TrigP1Test athenaHLT_timeout

A few small fixes to the HLT timeout handling test:

  • Fix the job options after the changes from !22200 (merged).
  • Make use of the same scripts as in other TrigP1Test tests.
  • Make the accept rate 100% to make the NOutputEvents check valid.
