This adds a fix to ensure there is a DummyVertex in the VertexContainer, to add FTKJobProperties and remove an obsolete dependence on TrackParametersForTruthParticles to fix ATR-19709

tested with test_physics_pp_v7_primaries_ftk_rdotoaod_build
