TrigUpgradeTest: update peb and dataScouting references

The reference updates done in !22911 (merged) were incomplete and since it was merged, the RegTest step fails for the two tests. This MR updates the references to the files taken from the latest nightly ART outputs (master,centos7,gcc8,r2019-05-13).
