Make several of the legacy LArRawConditions/LArXYZMC classes pure-dummy. Using them will abort the job.

For info: We have to maintain these classes at least as dummy versions b/c we wrote them to conditions POOL files and the C++ class name is part of the COOL folder description.

This MR includes !25132 (merged).
