WIP: AnalysisTop - reading metadata before initializing all tools

This MR tries to solve problems seen in !25011 (merged).

The issue is that metadata have to be retrieved before all tools are initialized, which was not done in AnalysisTop. Related JIRA: ANALYSISTO-870

Note: first commit has only white space changes by applying uncrustify. The second commit has the actual changes.
