Migrate clients to new IIOVDbSvc::getKeyInfo method
Migrate clients to the new IIOVDbSvc::getKeyInfo method introduced in !27504 (merged). Also apply consistent camelCase to members of IIOVDbSvc::KeyInfo (foldername -> folderName).
