Changing tcPufit -> tcpufit everywhere to match new naming scheme

This fixes ATR-20662 and completes the renaming done in !28261 (merged)

The naming convention that led to this change is that what appears in the container name should match what is in the HLT trigger name. HLT names are all lower case so we have to change tcPufit -> tcpufit.
