Adding higher threshold MET trigger chains

Original MR needed to be reverted due to missing references. Those are updated and included.

Adding L1_XE50 seeded MET chains to Physics_pp_run3_v1. All these algorithms/type of chains are already included in LS2_v1 but seeded by L1_XE10 and with lower HLT thresholds.

ctest and runTrigART tests passed.
