Remove I/O Services from TRT I/O Algorithms

Following up on the campaign to remove legacy Services, started with !31664 (merged), the Services assisting the two TRT algorithms performing I/O operations between database and textfiles are removed from the algorithms. This is done by simply absorbing the neccesary Service functions into the algorithms.
