Currently TRT extension only enabled for the electrons. Turn this on by default, allow oprion to disable if required.

In addition, include code to write out the Precision Tracks to the EDM as in MR !31621 (closed)

This does not fully map all the Tau instances, since there may be some tidy up in the proliferation of different tau related values for the signature variable.
