TrigValidation: Clean up check_log ignore patterns

Two changes are made cleaning up the ignored error patterns in Trigger tests:

  1. Remove patterns added in !31884 (merged) because these errors were fixed in !32159 (merged) - closes ATR-21246
  2. Clean up the default TrigP1Test ignore list which included things dating many years back. Almost all of these are no longer relevant.

The latter change was done after checking the check_log output of all TrigP1Test ART-build tests and checking which patterns are actually actively used:
