Fix to allow access to Run 2 TTVA working points

Follow-up to the changes introduced in !32362 (merged) and the discussion in ATR-21311. Short: some triggers are using the Run 2 WPs (Loose, Nominal, and Tight), but these have been remapped to new WPs (SV_Reject and PU_SV_Reject) for the next round of PhysVal. For access to the old WPs, one can now specify "Old_X" to access WP "X" where X is one of Loose, Nominal, or Tight. @npetters @goblirsc @jburr @sutt @bernius @khoo
