Primary vertex refitting tool for Z->ee events

Addition of a new tool to create a new vertex container in HIGG1D1 to be used for H->yy studies. The primary vertex in each event is refitted after removing electron tracks of Z->ee decay candidates. Affects only HIGG1D1 derivations. Tested in last nightly. @gamerz
