update tests for changes to TagInfoMgr output

Fix for https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATEAM-641. Updated output from TagInfoMgr changed the AthenaPoolTest comparisons. This is the second iteration where the output files should now have been correctly copying into the ART area of eos and cvmfs. @fwinkl @tcuhadar

added Digitization Simulation labels

Failing AthenaPoolTest unit tests. I copied over to grid-input the new ref files, so this evening they should be propagated to cvmfs and we can rerun the tests.

You should also bump the tag, no? If you replaced the existing files now all other CI pipelines will fail.

Right, sorry. Not used to doing the unit tests here... I'll fix things.

For book-keeping purposes, this should fix ATLASSIM-4695.

For info - next set of AthenaPoolTest's should fail because the updated files will only be transferred from eos today (Wed) after 18:00. We can run again later.
