update tests for changes to TagInfoMgr output

Fix for https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATEAM-641. Updated output from TagInfoMgr changed the AthenaPoolTest comparisons. This is the second iteration where the output files should now have been correctly copying into the ART area of eos and cvmfs. @fwinkl @tcuhadar
