Add FTAG6 ART test for release 22

This adds an ART test for FTAG6. For now this is the only FTAG derivation that runs in master. It uses an input file that I found in the CI test that produces DAOD_PHYS.

Hi @dguest,

The art-include, should have the value of the nightly that the test run. If test_mcvalidFTAG6.sh script should run in master with Athena project then, the header should be art-include: master/Athena

The test name can be anything starting with test_*, so test_mcvalidFTAG6.sh sounds reasonable.

What do you mean by "most of the ART tests I remember from 21.2 seem to be disabled right now." ? Do you mean from the 21.2/AthDerivation at slc6 which is disabled since beginning of Sept. ?

I don't see any derivation test is running in master right now (by looking at the bigpanda/art)
