WIP: PFO vs Flow Element validation plots

This routine is an extension to the PhysValPFlow_FlowElements which adds a couple of comparison plots between PFO and Flow Element with simple pT/E ratios between objects sharing either tracks or clusters, dR plots and stuff like that.

I would prioritise !38432 (merged) over this one, but maybe @mhodgkin we can get this in as well into AOD production (really not a big deal if not!). Adds an extra directory to the PhysVal.root named PFOcomparison in the output file under the respective flow element type.
