Corentin Allaire requested to merge corentin/athena:Acts7.0 into master

This Pr id meant to accompany the bump of the Acts version in atlasexternals!830 (comment 4412234) by updating the code using Acts in athena.

Once a new tag for the external including the updated Acts version is available this MR will be modify to include also bump that tag.
