Fixed IDTrigger tracking flags behaviour when they are unset

This is a follow up fix for MR: !43020 (merged)

Tagging @fwinkl who spotted this Taggin @sutt FI - Mark we will have the behaviour as the flags that you defined. i.e. evaluate to None when unset.
