Cleanup obsolete trigger configuration setups

Delete obsolete job option fragments that are trying to setup the DSConfigSvc to read the legacy Run-1&2 trigger menus. This is no longer supported and needs to be done differently. However, none of these job options are in use, so delete them entirely.

RecExCommon:

• Reconstructing bytestream created from MC is likely not used anymore. For sure, the trigger flags set here no longer work. If this is a valid use-case it needs to be migrated for Run-3.
