Resurrect test_new_jo_raw_reco.sh

Walter Lampl requested to merge wlampl/athena:PFRun3CfgFix into master

The following update were necessary to get this test going again:

  • re-add CaloCellFinalizerTool, accidentally dropped in previous update
  • Adjust name of calibrated ("CaloCaloTopoClusters") and uncalibrated (CaloTopoClusters) TopoClusters for consistency

This MR contains also the changeset of !44801 (merged)
