B-physics trigger: move validated chains from LS2 to Physics_pp_run3 menu (ATR-24232)

Following chains are moving to Physics_pp_run3 menu:

  • dimuons
  • dimuons + L1Topo
  • Bmumux
  • Bmumux + L1Topo
  • multi muon
  • PEB Tag-and-Probe triggers

This MR adds no new chains. An exact copy of !47119 (closed) which was closed due to the squash problem.
