MuonPRDTest: Update DCube Sim Hits Histograms and use CSC RDO positions
Try to update some basic variables to the lists of monitored Sim Hits variables.
The CSC strip positions cannot be retrieved from CscReadoutElement.cxx/.h sucessfully, try to use the CSC RDO positions.
(Note: A MR !47510 (closed) was closed due to a failure in squashing commits, manually squash commits pick up conflicts and the source branch far behind the target branch already, decide to try to merge the changes here)
