CORAL Update, master branch (2021.11.22.)

Attila Krasznahorkay requested to merge akraszna/athena:CORALPatch-master-20211122 into master

As in !47817 (merged), switched Athena to building CORAL for itself.

This is meant to fix the crashes described in ATLASRECTS-6586.

Note that I'm turning on full-build to avoid the "patched" CORAL version lingering on the CI node after this MR's build. The MR is safe to merge in at any point. The full build is only needed because the CORAL headers/libraries would not be cleaned off of the build node otherwise.

The full-unit-tests label is just for some extra security. I'd just like to see that the CORAL libraries will not cause any issues in this branch either. (It's very unlikely that they will, since 22.0-mc20 has been fine with them. But still...)
