Configuration of BTagging track selections for ITk
This MR ports into master developments from 21.9 related to the configuration of the track selections for ITk.
In addition, some restructuration of the CutTrk module used with the InDetVKalVxInJetTool has been performed.
Follows mostly !34622 (merged)
No difference observed in FTAG1 nor PHYSVAL DAOD from q431 AOD file as expected.
