Update MCTester cmake config to take into account that the newest mctester has hepmc3 config.

CI ran fine, however the MR is marked as Draft. Should it be left this way until the MCTester is fully implemented? I will change the label to review-user-action-required in the meantime.

Hi @liberato , yes, CI is fine. But that is because the MCTester is not present in the LCG layer, i.e. nothing was tested and it is expected. That is why it is just a draft.
