Added Run-3 cuts on eProbabilityHT for conversion reconstruction
After a set of cuts for TRT-related variables used in photon conversion reconstruction has been devised for Run-3 conditions, this new set of cuts is to be implemented alongside the previously used set of cuts. Cuts on nTRT are now chosen based on LHC period. Relevant changes have been implemented both for the legacy and new configuration system. This is the second of two MRs related to the implementation of an updated set of TRT-related cuts for the photon conversion reconstruction. (First MR is !52311 (merged) and deals with cuts on eProbabilityHT)
