LArHVCondAlg: Clarify comments/message wrt LArHVData vs LArHVCorr

This is really a follow-up of the very old MR !42309 (merged). I noticed that one comment and one log-message still says this algo produced {{LArHVData}} even though it now directly produces {{LArHVCorr}} factors.
