Adding LAr ROD energies to SC dump

Pavol Strizenec requested to merge pavol/athena:LArSCDump_rawenergies into master

This should bring the possibility to add energies from LAr ROD to ntuple dump of SuperCells variables. It will be used during commissioning and debugging of new LAr Digital Trigger hardware.
