BoostedJetTaggers: updates to HL-LHC top quark taggers

Update from previous MR (!52834 (merged)).

Add a missing break statement for HL-LHC top tagger MassSphericity mode to ensure no unwanted behaviour results if new taggers are added in the future.

Update test_HLLHCSmoothedTopTagger.cxx script to retrieve config files for each tagger from CVMFS.

Note: commits were made on older branch from previous MR and cherry-picked to new branch in this MR.
