nntc: a few updates

Following the discussion on atlas-flavor-tagging-tools/training-dataset-dumper!380 (merged), I've added the path resolver interface to the tool.

I've also added the ComputeScore function to the public interface (ITrackClassifier.h) so that users can directly access the list of 8 scores (one per each track category) from the tool.
