DerivationFrameworkConfiguration+RecJobTransforms: Set Loop Manager EventPrintoutInterval to 100 events in CA-based AODMerge and Derivations

This extends !55040 (merged) in that the loop manager that is used in the job is now automatically detected and the same logic is also implemented in the derivation production jobs to tune down the verbosity.
