SV1 vertex reco clean up #2
Companionship MR of !56229 (merged) providing a general code-style clean up of BTagVrtSecMulti, without any change in the base functionality. This was checked to leave the output of the DAOD_PHYSVAL binary identical for the Run 3 configuration.
