Added support for InDetVKalVxInJetTool without InDetTrkInJetType, reverting in that case to 21.9 implementation based on number of 2-track vertices as track rank. Updates are checked to keep the Run 3 DAOD_PHYSVAL outputs unchanged.
As the Run4 config update of the InDetTrkInJetType in !56229 (merged) seems to be enough to get a non-zero secondary vertex reconstruction efficiency in the forward region, the InDetTrkInJetType is kept enabled for now and the optimal configuration in terms of validation and performance is left for future studies.
