Adding HLT jet interface containers to the Run3 jet trigger content (for JETM1)

Adding HLT jet interface containers to the Run3 jet trigger content, since last MR (!55862 (merged)) only added the Aux data, which is inaccessible without the interface containers.

This MR fixes that.
