Correct legacy-style config for eProbabilityHT cuts related to photon conversion reconstruction
Correction to legacy-config part of MR !52311 (merged) which deals with setting conversion-reconstruction-related cuts on eProbabilityHT.
Corrected the position of the setting of photon-conversion-reconstruction-related cut values on eProbabilityHT depending on the LHC period within the legacy-configuration-style setup. Corrected values of these cuts in that setup.
Background information: Back in spring after the tuning of nTRT and eProbabilityHT cuts the different choices of cut values for nTRT and eProbability depending on the LHC period for the new and the legacy config styles were implemented. In the eProbability case, the legacy config change wasn't at the right position in the code (seconday vertexing, not conversion vertexing) and for some of the bins that follow the first eta bin the cut values were incorrectly set to 0.51. That's not an issue in the new config style setup.
