The aforementioned MR imposes running with global condition tags > BLKPA v8 or ES1 v7. The test configurations are modified accordingly, with a tentative of uniformization by having them all use a single version of AMI tags, chosen to be those used at Tier0 at the moment (x701 / f1287). Exceptions: the tests with 2021 pilot beams, for which the Reco_tf command is now specified explicitly instead of making new dedicated AMI tags (the inputs of those tests might be replaced at some point with something more recent). Also disabled the production of derived formats in a few cases, and modified the paths to access the fixed-point references on cvmfs.
