TrigValidation: remove NSWL1Simulation FPE masking

Hello,

This MR is removing the masking of NSWL1Simulation FPEs in trigger ART tests (ATR-26466), now that the FPEs are fixed (!57366 (merged)).

Adding the 'urgent' flag, as masking FPEs is somewhat dangerous.
