InDetTrackingGeometry+HGTD_TrackingGeometry: Fix warnings in lto build.

Need to include header for TrackingGeometry rather than forward declaring it if we're using it with conditions handles. Otherwise,
CondContTrk::TrackingGeometry is defined inconsistently, leading to an ODR violation
