run MUCTPI DQ online
Adding the L1CT DQ algorithm do be run online, in order to have histograms appear and be checked in DQMD. (How to add the actual checks will be arranged with DQ team)
Relevant offline code already submitted in previous MRs: First MR | Second MR (reorg) | Third MR (custom algo)
