allow track seed valiation in Run3 InDet AOD workflows

Maximilian Emanuel Goblirsch-Kolb requested to merge goblirsc/athena:MG_extendSeedTracks_master into master

This MR mirrors the work done by @aschuy in !54731 (merged) for the ID. The purpose is to allowed detailed seed efficiency (loss) study in particular for tracks in dense environments by @pduckett.
