This MR adds the following three test chains to the Dev Menu:

HLT_e30_lhvloose_nopix_lrtxtight_L1EM22VHI
HLT_e30_lhvloose_nopix_lrtvxtight_L1EM22VHI

And removing this chain from Physics:

HLT_g25_medium_tau25_dipion4_tracktwoMVA_50invmAB_L1eEM26M
