MuonDetectorManager - Inheritance from AthMessaging & Remove detector element interfaces

  • Inherit from AthMessaging to use ATH_MSG macros
  • Remove mentioning of Form function
  • Remove all getters of MuonDetectorElements
  • addReadoutElement only accept the pointer to the element itself as the Identifier is set beforehand.
