TrfTestsARTPlots: update reference comparison to new AnalysisElectrons/Muons cuts

This MR updates the reference files for the plot comparisons in the TrfTestsARTPlots package.

This update is necessary after the AnalysisElectrons and AnalysisMuons changes introduced in MR !62597 (merged)

In addition the hist_physlite_latest.root file of the individual tests are stored in the ART output tarball.
