Draft: Update EGamma analysis sequence for Run 4 PHYSLITE
In order to get PHYSLITE running for Run 4 samples, we need to identify some reasonable baseline for all object sequences. This will imply disabling or using some dummy calibrations as a starting point, until Run 4 recommendations become available.
This MR takes care of the EGamma sequences, to allow for them to run even when the pileup tool is disabled, following !63518 (closed).
