fix spurious failure reporting for DQHistMerging step in WorkflowTestRunner

Aims at avoiding the spurious failure reported in !66565 (merged) (and some older MRs) for the parsing of the "reference" log for the DQHistMerging step. Just duplicating the same "hack" that is already used when checking the "validation" log on line 33.
