We have one conflict today on

This file was recently modified by !68328 (merged) (cc @martindl) and then removed in !70259 (merged) (cc @tstreble) as part of the legacy config cleanup campaign. So, I went ahead and removed it as part of the sweep too. Please object if you don't agree with this. Thanks.
