Draft: MuonPhaseII: Add ART tests for the muon Phase II software.

This MR is intended to add ART tests for the existing muon Phase II software.

It adds two art scripts: test_geoModel.sh, for testing the geometry model, and test_sensitiveDetectors.sh, for testing the sim hits properties.
Both of them call existing python test scripts and check the status code. The second script also compares the output to a reference file on cvmfs.
