Wrap barcode/status calls in Muon reconstruction truth association and validation code

Follows !71935 (merged), !72085 (merged), !71975 (merged), !72092 (merged), !72097 (merged) and !72114 (merged). Wrap xAOD::Truth[Particle/Vertex]::barcode() calls in Muon reconstruction truth association and validation code using HepMC::barcode or HepMC::uniqueID helper functions. Wrap remaining calls to xAOD::TruthVertex::id() using HepMC::status.
